Villa Hermès is located in the peaceful village of Kambia, 7 km by car from Almyrida beach and only 5 minutes from the shops and taverns of Plaka.

Just behind the house is Villa Pénélope. In order to respect everyone's privacy, the houses are far enough apart and separated by olive trees. Each has a pleasant view of the sea and has its own swimming pool.

Villa Hermes is a new house of 112 m2 completed in 2011. It was designed by a well-known architect and built with quality materials by a very good local builder. 

It consists of a pleasant, very bright living room, tastefully furnished in a modern style and with two large bay windows that can be fully opened and overlooking the private swimming pool and the sea. 

To entertain you, you will find a flat screen TV, a decoder and a stereo for CDs and DVDs. 

A free and unlimited internet connection is also available.

The equipped kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary equipment for cooking: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster... In the back kitchen, there is a washing machine, ironing board and cleaning kit. 

Above the kitchen, a staircase leads to a mezzanine where there is a double bed and a bathroom with shower and wc. 

Below the living room, you have access to 2 other bedrooms with a double bed in one and two single beds in the other. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and has a terrace with a view of the sea. 

A cot and a child's chair can be added if necessary. Each room has air conditioning and a fan to cool you down. 

Around the 34 m2 swimming pool, you can take your meals near the barbecue, relax on the sun loungers while sipping a cocktail and admire the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea. 

Cleaning is offered to you at the end of your stay. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided and changed once a week.
