Villa Oceane, ideally situated in the north west of Crete, is perched on a hill, offering you a panoramic view of the sea, the fields of olive trees and the while mountains.

The villa
Villa Oceane was built in 2008 in the cycladic style where a pleasant harmony of blue and white is found in the decoration inside and outside.
In 2011, a very nice extende in stone offer you a total of 150 m2, and can receive 8 peoples.
You enter in a lovely living room (50 m2) with a complete equipped kitchen.
The house has air conditioned, heating system and a wooden stove.
In order to relax, a tv, decoder, stereo with CD and DVD player, as well as games and books are at your disposal.
2 windows open on a big terrace in the shadow of arches with a place to eat and outside sofas.
You'll survey a very nice landscape at 180° with a panoramic view on the swimming pool, the sea, olive trees and mountain.
Upstairs, there are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with fans and air conditioned.
You'll rest peacefully on the comfortable deck chairs all around the pool or on the solarium upstairs.
Also, you'll drink a fantastic ouzo on the bar of the pool house.
The bed linen, towels and cleaning are of course included in the price. A welcome pack will be offered to you.
Activities - Visits
The villa is located near the small typical village of Tsivaras where you'll find a "kafeneon" to drink a coffee or to buy some food.
The coastal town nearest "Kalives" is situated only 2 kms away. There are all the necessary shops : supermarket, pharmacy, gifts, banks, restaurants and bars. And two beautiful sandy beaches. At 2,5 kms, you'll discover "Almirida" another charming seaside resort very animated with a nautic sport center "UCPA".
Don't hesitate to go to the tourism office where other activities and visits will be proposed : walking, mountain biking, quad, 4X4... This country is very rich in monasteries, gorges, pretty villages and fortified towns like Chania. Finally, don't miss to discover a little farther away some fantastic landscapes with turquoise sea like Elafonissi, Falassarna or Balos.
How to come ?
As you arrive from Chania (30 kms) or Heraklion airport (140 kms), you'll take the new road in the direction of Rethymno. Exit at "Kalives" and cross this small town in the direction of "Vamos". The signs "VILLA OCEANE" will guide you.
